A select few of the bright and shining stars from the Texas State Geography department caught a bus to a Fayetteville geography conference over the weekend. The Southwest Division of the American Association of Geographers (SWAAG) was ultimately unprepared for the monumental achievements that our team members individually presented to their fellow conference goers, with a number of our classmates taking their place on the winners podium by the end of the studious soiree. The fighting bobcats also put up a valiant effort at the annual GeoBowl, making sure their opponents had to earn every bit of every victory. When you see them in the hallowed halls of ELA, be sure to thank these prize-winning presenters for representing you on the world stage!
